Production & SHipping Time
Due to the small studio environment in which this jewelry is created, production and order times can vary.
‘Ready to ship' pieces will ship within 4 days of purchase.
‘Made to order' pieces can take up to 3 weeks for fabrication and shipment from the date of purchase.
You will be able to know if your item is 'made to order' or 'ready to ship' in the product description. The turn around time should also be in the description, which can vary slightly from piece to piece.
Ex: Plain ring bands have a faster turn around time than rings with gems.
I try my best to accommodate for gifts or special occasions, contact me directly via e-mail at cynthia@moonteatalismans.com and we can discuss the details.
I ship via USPS and will provide a tracking # once shipped.
How to place a custom order
Contact me with what ever special request you may have and we can start the conversation on getting something unique made just for you.
A non refundable deposit of about half the total is required upfront, that goes towards materials.
I do my best to accommodate to time restraints but please try to inquire in a timely manner so all needs are met. For a faster turn around time check out the ready made and made to order sections in the shop.
Packaging
I only include invoices upon request, in attempt to lessen waste. All of our packaging is eco-friends, made from recycled materials and biodegradable.
Return / Repair
Refunds are at my discretion and have a 15 day time where I will consider them. We can discuss an exchange if necessary.
I will gladly repair free of charge anything that arrives at your door damaged from the mail. If there is ever a problem with your jewelry contact me so we can get it resolved. I am more than happy to help.
